Mika Mobile has come up with another exciting RPG known as Battleheart. The game is quite simple but offers a lot of excitement to the players as they need to take a 4 warrior team through a series of difficult levels. The player is in charge of a group of four soldiers with different classes like knights, wizards and clerics.
Tapping and swiping are only ways of navigating the soldiers through their adventurous journey. Each of the characters can be selected individually and moved to a certain position by swiping the screen. Even though most players would have loved to move the characters to a certain position only by tapping but dragging works out quite well.
The characters in the game have special powers and when a player beats a level, experience can be gained which helps the team to learn new abilities and level up. Based on the performance of the team, cash points can be earned which can help in purchasing new soldiers, weapons and armor. Strategy is the main key behind the success of any player and it is quite important to know which characters can be beneficial during battles. During a battle, a player can tap on a specific unit which selects it. These active abilities can be used for different party members by mixing and matching to come up with the best possible effect.
After every 5 levels, a pair of abilities is unlocked and the player needs to select any one. It is possible for players to switch these abilities during a battle which adds a lot of excitement and thrill to the game. The interesting part about this game is that sometimes the choices are provided between two active abilities and sometimes between two passive abilities. The game graphics are of high standards but effects and animations are kept quite simple. A slight drawback of the game is that players get an angled view which might cause missed swipes resulting in some potential damage.
Every class of the game does not include proper information which is bit unsatisfying for some players. Even though background stories are provided for every character but players need to find out how every class works or the key abilities before they purchase and level them up. But lack of game documentation is what adds thrill and excitement to the game. It is quite exciting to unravel new abilities and purpose of some specific class.
